Privacy policy

Last updated 25 October 2026

What we collect

  • Account: your name, email address and a hashed password.
  • Wedding content: names, dates, venues, wording, photos you upload.
  • Guest list: household names, optional phone numbers, cities and the RSVPs guests submit.
  • Payment: Razorpay processes card and UPI details; we store only the order and payment identifiers and amount.
  • Usage: standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages opened) kept for up to 30 days for security.

How we use it

Only to provide the service: showing the invitation to the people you share it with, recording RSVPs, and sending you transactional emails. We do not sell data or run advertising. AI wording drafts send the couple's names, dates, event names and tone to Anthropic's API; no guest data is sent.

Where it lives

Data is stored in Supabase (Postgres, Mumbai region) and Cloudflare (hosting and photo storage). Both are bound by data-processing agreements.

Guests' rights

Guests can ask the couple, or us, to remove their household details. Invitation pages are not indexed by search engines.

Retention and deletion

You can delete a wedding (and all its guests, RSVPs and photos) from the dashboard at any time. Accounts inactive for three years are deleted.
