Terms of service

WeddingInviteMaker ("we", "us") provides a digital wedding invitation service at weddinginvitemaker.com. By creating an account or paying for a plan you agree to these terms.

The service

For a one-time fee per wedding you can create an invitation page on a subdomain of weddinginvitemaker.com, manage a guest list, collect RSVPs and, where your plan includes it, generate an invitation video. Nothing is printed or shipped.

Your content

You keep ownership of the names, photos, text and guest details you upload. You grant us a licence to host and display them to deliver the service. You confirm you have permission to use any photo and to store your guests' contact details for inviting them.

Guest data

Guest names and phone numbers are used only to deliver your invitation and RSVPs. We never market to your guests. You can delete the guest list or the whole wedding at any time from the dashboard.

Availability

Published invitations stay online for at least two years after the wedding date. We may remove content that is unlawful or abusive. We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it.

Payments

Prices are in Indian Rupees, inclusive of GST, and are collected through Razorpay. Refunds are governed by our refund policy.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the plan. We are not responsible for guests' devices, networks or messaging apps.
